Once you click on mobile it will ask for you number and how to get Facebook Mobile. Once you have facebook mobile, it'll send text messages to you telling you if someone wrote on your wall, messaged you, commented on a photo, etc. And you can even get text messages sent to your phone if one of your friends updates their status (you can choose which friend) Also, with facebook mobile you can write on someone's wall, message, and most importantly CHANGE YOUR FACEBOOK STATUS hope this helps! I know how to update facebook from your cellphone

You have to use the twitter web page or some other twitter client ot post. I don't believe they allow automated postings. Are you talkng about taking your twitter feed FROM twiter into an RSS feed?
